Simply share your SSD model, BOM list, or technical requirements, and we will recommend the most suitable industrial SSDs with fast turnaround times. Our industrial SSDs are built with true industrial-grade NAND flash and advanced controllers, specifically designed for harsh and extreme environments. With enhanced endurance, advanced error correction, data protection, and wide operating temperature support, they deliver stable and reliable performance for long-term industrial operation.

    Industrial SSD Form Factors

Neomory’s industrial-grade SSD product line covers a wide range of form factors, from widely used 2.5-inch SATA and M.2 SSDs to legacy PATA-based solutions.

    • Industrial 1.8″ and 2.5″ SATA SSDs: High-durability storage solutions available with SLC, MLC, and pSLC NAND options.
    • Industrial M.2 NVMe SSDs: Available in M.2 2242 and 2280 form factors, built with industrial-grade 3D TLC NAND flash, and designed to support data-intensive and next-generation industrial applications.
    • Industrial M.2 SATA SSDs: Available in 2242, 2260, and 2280 form factors, bulit in industrial-grade SLC, MLC, TLC or pSLC NAND flash.
    • Industrial SATA DOM SSDs: Industrial SATA DOM (Disk-on-Module) SSDs, including IDE and USB DOM variants.
    • Industrial mSATA / Half-Slim / 2.5″ PATA SSDs: Although these form factors are less common today, many legacy and old systems still rely on them for compatibility and maintenance.

Please contact us if you require other industrial SSD form factors.

Industrial SLC / MLC / pSLC / TLC NAND Flash

Neomory offers a full range of industrial solid-state drives (SSDs) built on SLC, MLC, pSLC, and TLC NAND flash technologies, allowing customers to choose the optimal solution based on endurance, performance, and cost requirements.

    • Industrial-Grade SLC (Single-Level Cell) SSDs: Deliver the highest level of performance and endurance, supporting up to 100,000 program/erase (P/E) cycles. These SSDs are ideal for mission-critical industrial workloads that require maximum reliability and long service life.
    • Industrial MLC (Multi-Level Cell) SSDs: Provide a balanced combination of performance, endurance (approximately 3,000 P/E cycles), and cost efficiency, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial and embedded applications.
    • Industrial pSLC (Pseudo-SLC) SSDs: An economical alternative to true SLC, pSLC SSDs offer higher endurance and performance than standard MLC, while maintaining a lower cost than genuine SLC solutions.
    • Industrial TLC (Triple-Level Cell) SSDs: Offer higher storage density and lower cost, making them ideal for applications where capacity optimization and cost efficiency are prioritized over maximum endurance.

    Industrial SSD Technology

Industrial SSDs support customized S.M.A.R.T. monitoring, wide industrial operating temperature ranges, advanced wear leveling, and firmware-based static data power-loss protection, along with other industrial reliability features. We also provide optional industrial enhancements, including sulfur-resistant resistors, conformal coating, and gold-plated edge connectors (gold fingers) to improve durability and long-term reliability. In addition, content pre-loading services are available, allowing specified data or system images to be written to the SSDs prior to shipment.

Neomory’s industrial SSDs are widely used across industrial sectors such as automotive systems, robotics, and embedded platforms. As a professional SSD manufacturer, we can lock down the bill of materials (BOM) to ensure long-term supply stability and product consistency. In addition, we provide expert-level technical support, delivering reliable industrial SSD storage solutions tailored to your application requirements.
